What are the Benefits of Having a Subscription?

Selling our products under a subscription model allows us to provide the best prices possible for you, our customers. Ordering our products under the subscription automatically provides you with the following benefits:

• Savings! Without the subscription, 1 cushion refill would cost 37 EUR. However, with the subscription, you receive a discount of 8 EURO per refill. Since we send out two refills in the same shipment, that is a combined savings of 16 EURO per shipment.
• Replacements! If you break your mirror case, it can be replaced for free every 4th refill shipment. Normally a new mirror case would cost 20 EURO + shipping, but with the subscription, you only need to pay the 5 EURO postal fee.
• Security! You never need to worry about running empty or forgetting to place a new order in time, as product will automatically show up at your door every other month.

When and How Can I Cancel my Subscription?

Our subscription model has no lockdown period, so you can easily cancel your subscription anytime up to 24 hours before the next shipment. You can check when your next shipment is scheduled at mypages – GO TO MYPAGES

We will also send out a reminder email 7 days before your very first subscription is shipped, so if you don’t want to receive the refill shipment, you have multiple days to cancel.

I’ve Changed My Mind About the Subscription. What Can I Do?

If you change your mind after we have already sent the subscription shipment and you want to place a return, no problem! You can always make a return, but you must cover the shipping and expediting costs yourself.

Steps to Take:

• Send us an email explaining why you wish to return your refill shipment. If you would like to stop the subscription all together, please include that as well.
• The product sealing must not be broken, and the product cannot be damaged.
• The shipment must be returned within 2 months from the date you received it. We recommend using a service with a tracking number, as we cannot take any responsibility for damaged or lost returns.

I Have Returned the Product. Now What?

• When we receive the shipment physically in our hands, we will examine the product.
• If everything is in order, we will issue a refund, minus our costs.

When Using the Lava Art Cosmetics Subscription Service, You Can at Any Time:

• Change your shade or formula (if changed after the shipment was already made, it will come with an extra postage and packing fee)
• Delay or postpone your next shipment
• Cancel the subscription any time before the 24-hour period before the next shipment.
