Q : Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

No problem, head to My Page and you can modify your delivery options including postponing, rescheduling or skipping a future shipment. Please do this at least 24 hours in advance from your shipment date. In the case of an extended skip shipment request, please contact us for further assistance.

Q : Are your products tested on animals?

Lava Art loves animals! We proud to be Leaping Bunny certified. All of our products are manufactured in South Korea where animal testing is strictly prohibited. That is the way it should be!

Q : Help, my shipments are arriving too soon. What can I do?

To better suit your needs, you may adjust delivery interval times. Please note that by default, the very first subscription shipment will come from us after fourteen days. Please contact us if you think it will arrive too quickly and we will customize the shipping frequency.

Q : Do you use harmful ingredients in your products?

Our products do not contain any parabens or harmful chemicals. We are certified by the CPNP and all of our ingredients are approved by CosIng.

Q : How do I cancel my subscription?

You can unsubscribe up to 24 hours before each shipment is made. There is no mandatory time commitment for your subscription. You can terminate or restart your subscription as it suits you. If your deliveries are too frequent, we recommend postponing your subscription or making changes via My Page instead of canceling your subscription.

Q : How do I select a different color?

Head to My Page. Check your delivery date before selecting your desired color to ensure that you’ll receive the correct color before your next delivery. If you choose a new color for a product you’ve already received, there will be an additional charge of £9 for packaging and postage.

Q : When is my credit card payment processed?

Your credit card will be charged when you complete the purchase. The same credit card will be used for future transactions.

Q : What if I want to change my payment method?

If the used payment method is not functional or needs to be changed, a different payment method can be used at our discretion for the fulfillment of the agreement.

Q : Where can I obtain/view my receipt/invoice?

You can obtain your invoice or receipt through your Klarna MyPage. / If you paid with credit card, we will send a receipt with the package. If you paid with invoice, the invoice is included in the package.

Q : What are my shipping options?

Your shipping options will be listed for you to choose from when you go to check out. We offer different providers depending on your location.

Q : When will you process my order?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of when we receive your order. The freight time depends on the shipping method and shipping provider. We will provide a tracking number when the order is processed.
